We enjoyed our stay. We stayed two nights in Penn’s View Hotel. It is at a great location, the corner of Front and Market. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. They gave us good information about the area. The room was clean, well-stocked and everything worked. The morning coffee and muffins were a nice surprise. Any issues were quickly resolved. There might be a problem if you are mobility challenged. You have to negotiate a few stairs to enter/leave the hotel. Our sleep quality was poor because there was a lot of street noise at night. We are sensitive to noise and had requested a quiet room.

Nothing.

Even, I didn't stay there. When I entered to the lobby it was smelling bad. I immediately left the hotel and went to another one. Although I didn't stayed and registered, they withdrew the whole money. I have already written this to Booking.com, but nothing was changed.
