Central location and cleanliness

Very nice location in historic district. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful with storing our luggage after checking out. They had coffee and muffins in the morning.

Good location on the edge of the historic district, a 10 min. walk to Independence Hall. Spacious room, comfortable king bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, very clean, quiet.

The parking situation needs to be addressed. Valet parking is the only comfortable option - at $65 overnight plus mandatory credit card “convenience” fee plus tips, it is too expensive. All that came to $90. The hotel should make an arrangement with the surface parking lot next door and the valet.

Easy access to metro station and able to store bags if arriving early. Rooms were quite large and clean. Restaurant connected to the hotel has good happy hour snacks and glasses of wine on offer.

Hotel is located right next to a highway and the noise of the traffic was extremely loud all night, even with earplugs.

This is a very cute, small historic hotel. The rooms are on the small side, especially the bathrooms, but certainly sufficient for short stays. However, the noise level is terrible with the vast majority of rooms are overlooking the highway. Further, the noise insulation between rooms is very poor. At over $200 for the night, we would expect it to be a bit more upscale, like having high count cotton sheets instead of microfiber sheets and cheap looking microfiber spreads and pillow shams. Finally, they advertise continental breakfast when all they actually offer is a cart with muffins and coffee that you have to bring to your room to eat. The hotel sufficed for our needs for one night, as it was only four blocks from the event we were attending and in the historic district.

Great location in Old City. We walked to many historical sites. Staff were helpful. The room was very clean and well furnished. The king bed was large and comfortable. The hot water was instantaneous and very hot.

The check-in process was a bit convoluted requesting information the hotel already had on file.

Clean, convenient location, staff wonderful, very security minded.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The ambience of the hotel was very warm, comforting, and felt luxurious without a luxurious price. The room was very comfortable and had a very cozy appearance.

Having to pay to park at a hotel I'm already paying for, when there's little to no other parking options felt like I was being played for more money.
