"MUY AGRADABLE Y COMODA..."

Gran variedad en el desayuno, así como la carta del Restaurant. En cuanto a la ubicación muy cerca del metro lo que hace fácil el traslado en Santiago hacia los lugares turísticos mas visitados...

La habitación estaba algo descuidada en lo que se refiere al mantenimiento, por ejemplo el estanque del wc perdía agua y funcionaba cada cierto tiempo. Pero me había alojado anteriormente y no tengo observaciones en esa oportunidad

Falta actualizar la tecnología como el modo de calefacción y los dispositivos digitales tales como la televisión.

El personal fue muy amable,

La climatización de la habitación. Algunos días estaba muy frio y otros muy cálido, ante la solicitud de mejorar la climatización, el personal encargado de recepción indicó que no podían hacer nada, pues tenía un control de temperatura general, totalmente inaceptable. Los últimos días tuvimos que soportar el calor. La habitación no contaba con ventanas que pudieran abrirse opara poder ventilarla. Las cortinas eran muy oscuras, no se podían abrir para que ingresara la luz natural, además no cubrían toda la ventana. La comida del restaurante tampoco fue agradable

Hotel muy antiguo que mantiene dichas características, acompañado de buen y moderno funcionamiento

Falta de servicio nocturno, no pudieron proveer nos de agua embotellada en la noche, tuvimos que tomar de la canilla del baño
