My Place Hotel-Hurricane, UT

Wow. Way beyond my expectations and at such a great price. Staff was exceptional + Super quiet and pet owners will love this place! I will always stay now whenever I can find your facilities. You folks are winners winners! I have traveled for 44 years in a major corp gig and have been to 42 states and Japan 12 times....you folks are up in the number one ranking for me now!

Zero Nada Can not think of a single thing to improve...outstanding

The location was central to the town and met the needs for us.

There were no supplies offered in the room for extended stay patrons as far as cooking and eating in the room. No pots, pans, dishes, or utensils.

There was no breakfast

Clean room, well located if you want to visit the Zion national park. Many free parking lots out of the building.

Nothing.

Staff was friendly and helpful with my problems. It was however a pain waiting an extra hour at 9 in the evening trying to get in my room.

I was double charged for my rooms because the booking.com reservation would not "go through there system" when I got there. So I had to pay for the rooms again and now have to try and get a refund from booking.com. Then the keycard would not work to get me in the room which took another hour and a half to resolve.

The staff was great. The location was very close to everything. Everyone was friendly to our german shepherd.

We had to go and buy pans, plates, forks and other stuff to cook with in our rooms and out at the BBQ section.

I liked the pools

There was a little kitchen but you cannot use it, there are no kitchenware
