My Place Hotel-Hurricane, UT

It was close to Zion national park.

The stay itself was generally fine, but the listing was misleading in a very important way. I specifically booked this room because it was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen so I could prepare simple meals for my hiking trips during the stay. In reality, many essential kitchen items were missing — no proper cutlery, pans, or basic cooking equipment. I later noticed that other guests mentioned the exact same issue in reviews and questions on Booking. What was especially disappointing is that on their Booking profile they reply that guests can simply ask reception for missing kitchen items. Unfortunately, when I asked, I was told they do not provide them, which directly contradicts both the room description and their public responses on Booking. Additionally, the fridge was very loud during the night. Ironically, since cooking was not really possible anyway, I barely even used it. Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely frustrating and not as advertised.

Spacious room with kitchenette facilities - not modern but comfortable. Free coffee & tea available in reception. Friendly and welcoming after a long drive.

Queen bed was a bit small.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 5 personnes. On nous a logé dans 1 chambre avec 2 lits doubles. L'employé de la réception nous a proposé aucune solution acceptable.
