The room was dirty, the sheets had blood stains. The shower curtain had blood stains. The staff was rude. They didn't have any extra pillows.

The room was pretty comfortable

The bathroom had no vent and the air con smellt funky

The hall carpets were filthy and worn out. The room door had been pride open at some point such that the deadbolt did not work at all. The bedspread had blood stains splatter across it. The first bath towel was threadbare with holes and blood stains the second stained as well. The water pressure fluctuated and/or was inconsistent except at high temperature making for an uncomfortable shower. The room chair although comfortable was worn out and needed to be replaced. There was no seating in the lobby, so clients would be seen sitting on the ground outside of the building and in the parking lot.

Couldn't reserve for 2 nights had to reserve 1 then renew for 2nd. Employee didn't know how to renew. Shower pointed to curtain flooding bathroom during shower

Staff was friendly and helpful.
