"Comfortable Clean Hotel, Poor Customer Care"

Generally this is a good hotel. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. I resent to breakfast bar. It is simply a profit center. It highlights Starbucks coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, etc. but boosts prices beyond a typical Starbucks.

Left large fans that I suppose was doing a hallway carpet directly outside of room all night with no mention of that going to be the case when I checked in - would have gotten more sleep in my car.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was also nice. The only issue we had was the elevator. On Saturday (our departure), the elevator was out of service from 9:00 am until noon. We ended up carrying our suitcases down the stairs when we checked out. We wondered why schedule during peak checkout times. Otherwise, it was good.

"Started off looking forward to my stay...."

The bed was mostly comfortable

I stayed during a storm they shut-off the elevator & put me on the 3rd floor. The electric went out for 3 days during Milton storm. They had no generator, entirely un prepared ! Their guests wondered through dark hallways. It was a sad state of affairs 😕 This should have been a prepared hotel ready for a storm or don't book the rooms !
