Very welcoming and personable staff. Fabulous, spacious, comfortable and well appointed room. Good choice of breakfast options. Paid but accessible parking options very nearby, which we were directed to use by timely messages sent from the Hotel before our stay.

Nothing much - if I tried hard to think of something, I thought the automated voice in the lift was rather too loud!!

Absolutely everything, friendly staff, great location, fab bath and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

Not particularly about the property but our stay wasn’t long enough 🤣

The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfy and extra large. Had a jacuzzi bath with a handheld shower. I would have preferred a normal shower, but for a couple having a romantic getaway, the jacuzzi would have been lovely. Water from the shower was very powerful and warm. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is in a fab location, very central to everything 👌 beautiful hotel.

Just would have preferred a shower apposed to a jacuzzi as ordered a twin room due to travelling with a friend but got a double. They did offer to rectify the bed situation straight away, and it wasn't an inconvenience in any way. If you're on a romantic getaway, the room would be perfect.
