Very disappointing. Room was dirty there was no toilet seat tv not working and Air condition not cooling we were sweating all night. Ill never go back there

The location of the hotel is good, centrally located and near the beach. The cleanliness is 4/10. No reception. We were received by the family "maid" who doubles as a housekeeper! The running water is salty! The towels were stained. We paid for a room with a view, but the windows were disgustingly dirty. The couch in our suit was also very stained. The TV picture was fuzzy and bad for all channels. We booked the nights of 14 (on hotels.com) and 15 (added by phone), they did the mistake of booking 13 and 14!! They considered us as no show on the 13 (without calling us), and kicked us out on the 15th at 1pm after WE called the owner!! They didn't bother to mention the booking error during check-in. Very unprofessional attitude for this small and family owned business, who I expected to be more welcoming and friendly. No compensation whatsoever was offerd for the fully paid 2 nights stay (and for the missed night that they claimed as our responsibilty while it is their mistake)! The room was very noisy due to the existence of a restaurant under our window, and another venue 10 meters away, both with different and very loud music (till 2am). The rooms are on the first floor with no elevator, and a very steep and narrow staircase. Too bad that the management of this hotel makes it not recommended, while the location and rooms are nice.

On the check-in day the hotel called me and cancelled my booking.. Completely unprofessional! Still waiting for a refund from Expedia, i hope they are blacklisted!
