Hampton Inn Washington

Madonna, who works at the Reception Desk athe the Hampton Inn in Washington, PA, went over and beyond in assisting me to find a jacket that I might have left in my hotel room at check out. Unfortunately it was not there, but at this point I was grasping at straws to locate where I left it while on a trip several weeks ago. Sho looked in one place, than asked for my phone number so that she could check a few other spots. A bit later she called to let meknow that she couldn't find it. I remember Madonna from my 2 night stay as an effecient, but friendly face at the desk. I was happy when she was who answered my call when I contacted the hotel several weeks lates.

Property was clean, convenient location to our needs

Breakfast was pretty basic, but there are several diners around so that was a non-worry

I don’t like the fact that every time I stay at a Hampton inn, it’s under renovations. Maybe I’m just lucky. Either a Hampton inn or La Quinta are always under renovation.

Cleanliness of room, lobby and kitchen was excellent. Furniture in the room looked new. Bathroom was modern and well maintained. Reception area was well stocked with snacks, personal items and OTC meds like ibuprofen, vitamin C, Ricola for sore throat and so on. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Very nice and clean room.
