Ja tinha me hospedado outras vezes e gostava do ambiente tranquilo do hotel, mas essa última experiência deixou a desejar, hotel lotado , elevador quebrado e cafe da manhã apesar de bom a reposição dos alimentos era precária. Já foi melhor!

Stayed 3 nights here. The upraded rooms are amazing! Great mattress, quiet AC, nice shower ... Loved the breakfast ... Huge spread! Good and safe central location... Restaurants all around. The bad ... The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photo. And the glass around the pool is filthy, probably from the construction. The noise wasn't much of an issue for us.. I saw other people complained about it. Only real problem, we had a few small cockroaches in the room.. and the balcony is big, but seems useless with no furniture. Still enjoyed our stay there, but decided to move to another hotel for our final three days. If you want a big fancy room, good breakfast, okay lobby, this could be a good fit for you.

Hotel está em reforma mas em condições de acolhimento. Muito bem localiza, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente, banho ótimo, serviço garage terceirizado bom, restaurante/refeições bom.

Localizacao excelente. Cafe da manhã bom. Atendimento excelente. Quarto todo reformado. A parte ruim é que nos colocaram emnum quarto rm frente a laje tecnica. Sem vista.

Sempre fico nesse hotel. Gosto da localização em que ele se encontra. Mas dessa vez, tive uma experiência ruim. Os recepcionistas são muito bons e educados. Já a limpeza, eu encontrei paratinhas francesas no quarto. O cardápio a la carte é maravilhoso. Já os buffers de almoço e jantar que servem lá quando tem alguma convenção de eventos, eles fazer a comigo como se fosse para peões de obra. Ou seja não comerei mais nos buffers. Gosto de me hospedar neste hotel, por isso quero que eles deem atenção a esses serviços que estão deixando a desejar!
