There was mold in my bathroom shower. The bed and pillows were very firm which may my night sleep difficult.

We loved having an outdoor pool. The location was ideal for our purpose for traveling.

This hotel was SO stingy with towels! I had to ask several times for more towels, including towels at the pool, of which there were NONE. When we asked each time, we were told "no extra" and "we only have so many we can give out." Ridiculous. We had four people in our group, and even when towels were replaced in the room, we were only given 2 bath towels. There were teenagers running up and down the hallway near our room, knocking and running away, over several evenings. After asking the children to stop MULTIPLE TIMES, and calling the front desk, we received ZERO help. My husband was told that we would be compensated in some way because of this, asked to leave his name/number for the GM to call us, and we still have not received a call. Our room was literally falling apart - there were exposed screws in the landing between the room floor and the bathroom floor. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. One of the lights didn't work. The shampoo/conditioner provided are garbage - super thin and useless, with even the little bottles impossible to squeeze. We also had to ask for a box of tissues in our room. Housekeeping was SUBPAR, with a "full cleaning" provided only after 3 days of staying at the hotel. They didn't vacuum, they didn't take out all the trash, etc. Lazy overall.

For the price it was pretty good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. It was clean and we felt safe.

The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms, the breakfast looked amazing but tasted awful. The hotel is dated but inexpensive so it's worth it.

Pleasant stay and comfortable .

Very Clean and roomy. Did not have breakfast. Accomdated our pet Chiquaqua which was a plus!
