O hotel apresenta um quadro de funcionários totalmente despreparado. Dizem ser petFriendly e nao possuem infra estrutura pra isso limitando espaços internos para a permanência de animais domésticos. Adicione se a isso a falta de preparo na abordagem aos hóspedes causando constrangimento. Ainda encontrei um pombo dentro dos corredores, e fiações expostas por todo o hotel, denotando desleixo com a manutenção do empreendimento.
