Comfort Inn & Suites Rocklin - Roseville

This is a budget-friendly hotel with clean rooms (everything works) and tasty breakfast options. Housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast staff all welcoming and friendly. The room and hotel are a bit dated with signs of wear and tear.The bed was surprisingly firm and borderline uncomfortable.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff very nice & informative, helpful.

The kitchen attendant (or a person from the staff) were very inhospitable. At first I chose to ignore the feeling that she was watching me. But then she actually approached me and attempted to control the breakfast I was helping myself to. She was got in my personal space and said something like "no good". I let her know I was not interested in what she was saying or her rude approach. I felt targeted and singled out. I wonder how many people or how often she does this. Later the same day, I was on my way to the elevator to go out and do some laundry (I booked multiple days because my service technician job requires me to travel and stay at hotels) and the exact same person approached me and asked me which one my room was. I told them 309 without thinking much of it. It turns out that after I called the front desk and described the interactions, plus saying I would formally complain, they cancelled my upcoming stay for Monday, May 11th. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a hospitality establishment. The staff are very bad at their hospitality jobs at this location, and I am giving it a rating of 1, plus I would advise my co-workers and customers to stay away from this hotel. Price was what got me there. Clean and nice staff.

The person staying in the floor above me wasn't doing anything annoying, just walking around his or her room but the floor would crunch , creek and crack every time they would walk around. I kept waiting for them to fall through the ceiling. Breakfast was not great either...cold dry sausage. Eggs were pretty bad too. The boxed cheese omelet things were the best item available, just couldn't eat/finish anything else.

This Comfort Inn was clean, comfortable and a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast available was also a plus. We would stay here again. Thanks to all involved for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay - there's nothing that we didn't like.
