Breakfast was alright.

Room had multiple problems. Main door didn't shut well unless pulled very hard. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way at all. TV was from about 25 years ago.

"A cozy, clean stay in Rocklin which started our American adventure!"

The entire hotel is clean and in good condition, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great!

The elevator is a bit old and rickety and you have to go all the way down to the lobby to get some water. Some lights also didn't work in the room.

"Left feeling exhausted and frustrated."

Location

Broken air conditioner, made horrible noise all night, and when I couldn't shut it off (broken power button) they asked me to unplug the unit. The clerk offered to change rooms to the floor I had originally requested when I called down @ 1am... I opted not to because my daughter finally fell asleep. Desk attendant said she would leave a note to have the room partially comped but the day clerk saw no note and charged full price. This hotel is very old, musky and falling apart. Unfortunately it was all I could find for a weekend event. I don't usually write bad reviews but I'm leaving today exhausted and frustrated. Avoid if possible.
