Four Seasons Hotel Bogota

We had an amazing and impeccable stay with our little son. We celebrated our anniversary and 10 months baby birthday. When we arrived late night, the crib was ready with baby blanket, toy, little towel and slippers for him. They didn’t forget about toiletries and baby bath even we didn’t ask for it. Chef treated us with special compliments and for baby fruit puree was made in house complimentary. Everyone were so friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, housekeeping and room service departments are so friendly and accommodating! Please book spa treatments with Zoraida, she is amazing! Two ladies named Maria from Front desk made our stay so memorable and upgraded our room to Suite based on American Express offer. We had the best time ever and definitely will be back!! Thank you for all your attention and service!

Home away from home is the best way to describe my stay at FS Bogota ! The team goes above and beyond no matter how big or small your request may be. The Front Office team , is 100% top of the line and extraordinary when it comes to hospitality! The team is stellar and are true gems I connected with Daniel Acosta at the Front Desk he is the absolute BEST! Diego & Jhon , bell boys always greeted me with friendly faces leaving and returning and Jorge & Alejandro always knew my preferences at breakfast! What a Fantastic team!  I can’t wait to come back to their warm and welcoming smiles. Staff were very attentive and paid attention to details, fulfilled every request and went above and beyond all expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time. The property is quite beautiful and unique and the area in general has so much to do and explore and the staff will guide you to the best excursions and things to do on the island!  Add Four Seasons Bogota to your bucket list!!!

Excellent Hotel, a fee details to fix in the room, but excellent in general, Staff is extremely dedicated and kind.

Staff was exceptional and the location perfect for us. The Spa was ok and breakfast should have been included in upgraded room prices…that was a bit disappointing.

Location is Superb

During my recent trip to Bogotá, I stayed at the Four Seasons, expecting the usual blend of luxury and exceptional service. However, the experience was notably average. The hotel, including the premises and rooms, felt like any standard city hotel, which was a bit disappointing considering the premium associated with the Four Seasons brand. The staff were nice and clearly hardworking, but there seemed to be a slight lack of attentiveness. Small gestures like a warmer smile or a friendly greeting would have made a significant difference. The rooms were okay, but nothing stood out as special. We thought about upgrading our room, but it didn't seem worth it given the overall standard of the hotel. A noticeable issue was the maintenance. Smudges, stains, and loose cables were common sights, indicating a lack of attention to detail. This was particularly evident in the gym, which was filthy. It may seem like minor issues, but when you choose Four Seasons, you expect a certain level of care and excellence. This was a testament to the brand perhaps falling behind its competitors. I’ve always been a fan of Four Seasons and have stayed in many across the globe, but this was an average experience at best. The staff are lovely and work hard, but it feels like the management needs to step up to bring this hotel back to the Four Seasons standard we know and love.

Excellent breakfast but it was not included. Location is good next to the shopping areas and bars and restaurants. Walking around was safe. Room was comfortable and clean and amenities were very good.

The four seasons Bogota is extremely well located. the room was beautiful, very well decorated in a classy way and very well equipped. I enjoyed every minute of my stay from the moment I arrived in the hotel until I left. Great breakfast, great cocktails, the staff was very professional. Great restaurant recommendation, truly the speakeasy bar in the other four seasons too. The car service was perfect and efficient.
