"Absolutely disgusting behaviour by management poor customer skills rob you from you account with unauthorised charges"

Rude staff steam set off alarms and took 350 out my bank account as soon as alarm went off accusations through the roof and the staff management was rude didn’t want to no felt so uncomfortable to use facilities witj in the room incase anything happened again refused a room move also
