Brilliant hotel, made by the staff, perfect for the airport

Friendly staff and clean

This property is a credit to its staff and the service they offer. Reception staff were helpful and the restaurant side was excellent. The food we ate was superb. We enjoyed every part of the two courses we ate, and great value for money. We recently stayed at a similar style hotel, in the south of the UK and this hotel, literally blows them out of the water for service and standards.

The two things that was a little on the mind, a hard mattress on the bed, and for some reason the telephone in our room kept intermittently bleeping. We was only there for one night so no need to complain as we still managed a good nights sleep.

Spacious, plenty of parking and great logistically

Slight hint of a smoke in the bedroom on arrival and we hadn’t specified a smoking room. This cleared after we opened the windows. Just a note that we did experience scam emails when we booked via booking.com asking us to validate payment card details otherwise the room booking would be cancelled. This was shortly followed by an email from novotel saying ignore any such emails.

Accessible bathroom.

Lift not working on two occasion's

Easy to get to, not far from the metro station and lots of amenities near by, the welcome we received was great and the peeps on checking us in could not have been more helpful.

There was not really anything we didn’t like, the only thing would be there was only one lift working and the one that was working didn’t sound good, we were worried it might stop
