The floors were dirty in the room

Close to the civic center

Room service never made the bed in the three days we was there. The towels was took two of the days and not replaced. And on the last day they didn’t even take the dirty towels all three nights I would have to get the card re programmed to open the door

We stayed here for the price during an Ole Miss football game. We have stayed here three other times over the last 12 years. Its literally a place to sleep that doesnt cost over $400 nt in the area. Beds are very small, but comfortable. Small bath area. Rooms are pretty best up but clean. We spent one night and only slept there, we didnt even shower.

Not clean. The picture in the add really make the rooms look great and they’re not. Used soap was still in the shower and the room really didn’t smell clean.

My CC# changed in between booking this hotel and my arrival date (was booked months in advance). Apparently the owner called me about this detail while I was flying to Memphis and left a message stating that my reservation would be canceled before I even got off the plane! When I arrived the woman working the desk was kind enough to fortunately find me a room but at the rate of that time, not the rate I booked the room through expedia. I spoke with the owner the next morning about this and she told me that she'd correct it when she got to it later that day. Nope. Charged at the higher rate and nothing was ever credited back.
