"Room was clean... thats anout it..."

Room was clean but hotel felt old and run down.... everything was loud. The street noise, the air conditioner fan rattled all night( i had to get up and turn it off ) and the breakfast included was moting to shake a stick at. Its a good thing the room was clean...

we were able to get a great price through expedia. Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, nice....no thrills, but for the price, we were quite pleased. The hotel was conveniently located to many things we wanted to go and do. The hotel staff was very nice. We weren't thrilled with the breakfast, but that wasn't a big deal to us. Overall, I would come back.

"A disapointing stay"

I have stayed here before which was a better experience than the last. Check in was a bit of a challenge but after contacting Hotels.com they called the hotel and straightened them out. The phone in the room did not work and when I reported it to the front desk they commented that they would make a note of. I was not offered another phone or someone to just have a look at it. I was without the use of a phone, a wake-up call, etc etc, all weekend.
