"That was NOT a caldera view!!"

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly porters and cleaners.

No privacy! Advertised as 'caldera view', our room faced directly onto swimming pool , breakfast area: kitchen staff looked directly into room.- caldera was somewhere beyond ... Managers were unhelpful and dismissive , so we left. Had a wonderful three days 100 metres away.

Location is excellent. Short walk to fira. But great restaurants in the locality. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Exceptional. Would stay again
