• Bonne situation à l’écart de l’ébullition de Fira et du passage des randonneurs, hôtel à équidistance de Fira et Imerovigli • Personnel agréable avec citronnade d’accueil et bagagistes ultra-courageux compte tenu de la topographie et qui méritent un généreux pourboire à la descente comme à la montée des bagages • Conseils et gentillesse de Kelly à la réception, à la fois présente et discrète • Chambre 103 spacieuse, confortable, apaisante, sobre et joliment décorée avec goût mais SANS VUE • Salle de bains petite mais optimisée et avec tous les produits de toilette nécessaires et beaucoup de linge de maison (serviettes, peignoirs nid-d’abeille, chaussons). • Petit frigo bien pratique + cafetière et capsules + bouilloire et sachets de thé + tire-bouchons (une bonne idée) • Ménage parfait et propreté de la chambre • Petit-déjeuner (3 choix possibles) très copieux (cf photo), mais qualité moyenne des produits, servi sur la PETITE terrasse COLLECTIVE de la piscine avec TRÈS BELLE VUE sur la caldera • Avantage et inconvénient des 150 marches à monter et descendre plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui ++ en fait un lieu isolé et agréable à l’abri du regard des passants, mais - - peut se révéler très compliqué si vous n’êtes pas en forme ou qui temporise l’envie de remonter pour un oui ou pour un non.

• S’agissant d’une chambre troglodyte, AUCUNE VUE depuis la chambre 103 (mention de « studio avec vue » vendue dans le descriptif est donc mensongère). La seule fenêtre donne sur la terrasse et un espace technique (cf photo) La chambre 103 n’a pas de terrasse et/ou de balcon privatif (mentions de « terrasse » et « balcon » sur l’annonce ne sont donc pas du tout respectées) • Pas de tête-de-lit, ce qui ne permet pas de s’appuyer sur son oreiller, on se fatigue très vite les cervicales pour lire ou être assis dans le lit • Comme la terrasse est petite, seulement 4 chaises longues (souvent occupées) dans les espaces en commun • Liner du sol de la piscine décollé, c'était la fin de saison, ce sera certainement réparé pour l'année prochaine • La « piscine » est plutôt un petit bassin en forme de haricot pour barboter et se rafraichir qu’une piscine pour nager

⭐ Beautiful stay with a difficult ending.- The hotel is truly beautiful. I was traveling alone and wanted to relax, so I booked the Luxury Room with a Jacuzzi, which I absolutely loved. It had a charming atmosphere; I was welcomed with a bottle of wine and very kind staff. They helped me at all times, and one of the gentlemen even assisted me with my luggage, for which I gladly gave him a tip. However, unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed at the end. The transportation that the hotel organized for me ended up being a very bad experience: the driver changed the agreed price, shouted at me, and behaved rudely, which made me feel unsafe and frustrated. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing situation, especially because I was traveling alone. Even so, I want to thank Kelly, the hotel receptionist, who was very kind and genuinely cared about me. She tried to help me during that incident and even afterward, making sure I was okay, and she also filed the complaint with the transportation company. Her empathy, attention, and professionalism in taking care of guests during difficult moments were very important to me, and I’m truly grateful for that. I loved the hotel, and the staff were excellent. I really value their kindness and the human touch I received. I only recommend that they be more careful with the external transportation companies they work with, so that no guest has to go through a situation like that, because a bad provider can ruin an experience that was otherwise wonderful.

Nada, todo fue perfecto

The view was great. We loved the fact it was away from the crowd, had a nice intimate feeling.

Our room (109) was the smallest room we ever stayed. The shower ceiling was so low my husband couldn’t take a normal shower. The window doesn’t close properly in that room and when we mentioned it, Kelly said not to worry about it. The birds on the tree next to us woke us up every morning at 6:55am so we had to get up every morning to shake the tree. People around us felt the same about the amount of noise these birds made. The pool had a weird bottom, like it had some strange plastic. I’ve never felt something like that before.

Un lugar de ensueño desde el cual podes apreciar toda la belleza de la caldera. No hace falta moverte del hotel para ver el atardecer desde el mejor lugar. La atención fue excelente, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Primero nos sorprendieron con un upgrade de habitación, teníamos un jacuzzi justo frente al mar con unas vistas espectaculares. Cuando nos fuimos, como nuestro vuelo salía temprano nos dejaron parte del desayuno preparado del día anterior para que no lo perdiéramos. Todo de 10, ojalá podamos volver pronto!

The staff were very friendly, and everything ran on time. Kelly, the property manager, was extremely responsive she answered at any time of day and checked in on us a couple of times. The room had a beautiful view, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Just a heads up.,, the 145 steps to walk down and then another 145 steps to go up.
