The property was perfect! The staff went over and above what they needed to do and were so friendly. The views were outstanding, great breakfast and pool.

"Amazing and we plan to go back."

The view was stunning, the staff were very careful and thoughtful and proactive. The accommodation was very clean also outside, the fact that we received towels and there are a lot more things.

There was increased humidity, the pool was a bit smaller that the photos, the cutlery could be better cleaned.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Views are amazing from all sections of the hotel. We loved our breakfast outside our room overlooking the caldera.

Excellent location to be able to access FIRA. Accessible and helpful staff. Overall good value.

They need a bigger kitchen for a more elaborate breakfast which would make it a five star experience.
