When asking for clean towels, how nice they cleaned our room and fresh towels

The noise of the slamming of the exit door constantly all through the night. Our room happened to be close by that door and at all hours of the night the door kept slamming

There were holes in the bed sheets. The bathroom door inside finish was peeling upwards, walls extremely thin, little to no insulation
