I was moved to a total of 3 rooms. First, the smoke detector while taking a nap begin to just keep going off to the point the staff just pulled it down & said it was just the machine. Then the microwave would not work and the same nice man stated he would bring a new one. Which he did, but as he was trying to take out the old one a roach came out (Just one, but still). He ask me if I want to move rooms? Ummm, yeah. Get into the new room and get my bags all situated. Sitting on the bed and reach for my phone on the nightstand (and a baby roach runs across the nightstand). I sit up and gather all my bags and put them all at the door. As I'm doing that and looking at the tv, a huge roach runs from the tv across the desk, another roach comes across the fridge and then finally after about 2 hours another one walks up the tv. Back to the front desk and the night front desk man was understanding and told me to speak to the main boss at 9am and sends me to a new room. That was smaller and I did not see anything but you best believe I was up all night and afraid to close my eyes At 9am, no manager. At 930am,bno manager. At 1015, no manager. At 11am for check out, I'm then told by another staff member that the manager has been there for awhile and was somewhere out around the hotel but nowhere to be found. What makes me so upset was, I was calm, pleasant and was trying to be respectful & discreet when telling the story to make sure no guest were around. I have pics & video

The was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out and I literally never write reviews. I paid $500 for two nights for a room that smelled like wet paint. The beds were gross and I pointed to the man who had to come into the room to plug in the tv. And he responded with that a pee stain ma’am would you like me to change the sheets. I was floored when he said that. No phone, no trash can, no towels, no soaps etc… the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Wet paint signs hanging everywhere. Wood planks thrown around. Don’t get me started with the breakfast. The man up front had to move us rooms due to the dirty beds I just couldn’t. I went downstairs to complain again which again I’m not that person but for $200 a night it was NOT worth it. When I went downstairs there was another couple in front of me complaining about the same issues. He told them to basically leave because there was no rooms anywhere because a basketball convention was going on. I looked into and found this was true so I was stuck in this crappy smelly room. :/ I wish I could get refunded. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Roaches in an unfurnished dirty room, homeless and criminal activity on and around property.

I absolutely despise this place the pool was closed they had no breakfast no gym, every amenity they said they had they didn't the whole place was under renovation my room stunk I literally checked in walked into my room and turned around and left that's how bad it was.

The hotel is a wreck, it’s under major renovation and is a real mess. We got to our room to be hit with an overpowering smell of weed, the room was clean but the walls and carpet were very tired and needed work. We could hear drilling in the rooms above until about 10:45pm and then music for the rest of the evening. The staff were good but the hotel was terrible, I don’t just want my money back, I want everyone’s money back! Avoid this place
