We drove all up here from guyton ga, due to the hurricane. We thought we had a reservation, but we get there at 1am, and was informed they have no power nor are they renting rooms. I understand things happen but at least inform the people of the conditions they would be staying in. Then when asked could he refund the booking, he just laughed.

Only one young man in the front desk was helpful assisting our issues created by Expedia, the rest of the staff wouldn’t clean our rooms or they would just half clean.
