"Don't stay here no matter what!! You’ll regret it."

The guys there weren't very thorough. They had problems with creating a door keys & simple checking us into the hotel. I'll NEVER stay at tgat location again 😒

The room was excellent. It was quiet even with it being on the ground floor and the motel being close to the interstate. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well presented and easy to access. The only negative is the pool needed to be drained and cleaned. It was the best Red Roof I have used. The price was an excellent value.

The room is completely dirty. Everything is rusted and there appears to be dead beetle shells all around that we had to clean up. Bed covers are stained, floors are dirty, thick dust on sleeves and headboards. Some lamps don’t work. Front desk staff person was very kind and super helpful. He was awesome actually. Best part of the stay! Luckily, we’re just passing through for the night and needed a place to stay. Ceiling has water damage. It appeared to be nice on the outside. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

It was very convenient right off the Hwy. it’s a decent place to stay for the price. The bathroom had not been restocked: empty tissue box and no bar soap for the shower. The photos of the eating area showed chafing dishes for hot food, but turns out they only have waffles.

Check in was a mess but I think because of a hotel.com/expedia glitch. Ultimately we had to cancel this registration and book directly for more money. Hotels.com was responsive but couldn’t figure out the issue (hotel had our booking but not our payment). Happened that night with several other people too. Hotel staff was kind and patient. Elevator was broken but we were out on first floor. Breakfast was fine. Sheets had a blood stain but they gave us new sheets. Used the back door because we had a dog and people smoke there so the hallway and stairwell smelled gross. But room and bathroom were fine.

The rooms at the Red Roof are spotless. Clean and fresh. The washrooms have been renovated and the rooms are quiet. The hostess at the front desk was friendly and eager to help in any way she could. A great place to stay at a reasonable cost. Nice continental breakfast included
