The beds (sheets were a mess and had purple sticky stuff). It was too late to change rooms by time we got back. Pillows were horrible and no microwave

Breakfast was not so good. Desk clerk was very nice when we checked in. I booked one too many days by accident. I was allowed a refund for one day. I thought that was wonderful. I do appreciate that.

Having to get my own towels. I asked t he cleaning woman for 3 towels while she was in the hall. But she said she did not have any. I had to go to the desk to get them. I dont like anyone coming into my room while I'm there. So I tried to catch the cleaning woman in the hall for towels.

Breakfast was great

The pillows were very flat and soft

The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Overall appearance was good.

The elevator was rough, cosmetics, floor in our bathroom was cosmetics not great. But they are starting renovations. It was clean

They didn't say there were 2 elevators at the front desk so we went to the wrong one while carrying our bags. Couch was ripped but they were remodeling so I'm sure it will be replaced. Didn't like the chicken sausage they served at breakfast

When I changed rooms to not be across from the elevator shaft it was much better, but it took a huge effort on my part to move everything from room to room after I was settled in.

I did request a lower level room because I don't use elevators. I was given room 110. It was nice that it was on the main level, but the elevator sounded like it was IN MY ROOM CONSTANTLY. I unpacked and tried hard to endure it, but I knew I would not sleep for two nights straight so when I asked to change rooms, I at least was allowed to. I am disappointed that the man on duty at the desk did not warn me that it was near the elevator and made sure I wasn't bothered by that. I am a very frequent traveler and felt awful not only for myself, but for ANY poor person who got a room and had to endure that noise constantly. Not Fair......Not right. I was told by that man that 110 was the only room left at the time of checkin, but I noticed another couple looking for their room 1/2 way down the hall on level one about an hour after me, so that also felt like a lie.
