Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin

With the exception of having an outdoor pool, we loved everything about this property and our stay here. The room was great, the property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptional. .I wish I had written their names down, but I do want to recognize the young man and woman at the front desk for check-in and check-out, and the girl working the breakfast area. She always had a great smile and the food never ran out! We will be back for sure! Thank you to everyone there. They do your property pround!

Nothing fancy, but did have a comfortable stay. Hotel was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was above average for similar hotels. Walkable to the mall and several restaurants. Only small downsides I noticed were a slight musty smell in the room from the air conditioning and the pool and patio were fairly small for the size of the hotel.

The suite exceded my expectations. The staff was kind, courteous, qnd knowledgeable. 2nd stay at this hotel and plan to return.

Breakfast varied day to day and was quite good. Suite was spacious with plenty of room to relax. Location was convenient to sites in Franklin and Nashville.

Rooms are showing their age. Faucet in bathroom sink did not work well, needs to be replaced.

Outstanding hotel--clean rooms, professional staff, very comfortable beds, smart tv, and excellent location--close to everything (Whole Foods, YMCA, Kroger's, a mall, and tons of restaurants). Nice fitness center. Located in a beautiful area right off 65. I will stay here again. Only negative is only one elevator per side. An extra elevator would be helpful.

We had misbooked a previous hotel so we had to continue another four hours on our trip. We were going on 30 hours of no sleep and when we called, reception immediately changed our reservation to allow us to check in early. The two women in reception were absolutely wonderful, greeted us with so much kindness and hospitality. It made a world of difference to us.
