Everything. The assistant manager was rude and my room was not available when I got there. I had to find another hotel. Went to a family funeral and then had extra stress added by driving over 25 hrs just not to have a room getting off the road. Just to have to find another hotel to stay at

Comfortable stay. Breakfast good. Nice having back door to courtyard. Back door would be even nicer if it could be accessible with key card. This would cut down the walking distance to the only one ice machine considerably.

I was told I could not get a receipt even on the dates I paid cash because I went through a third party like Expedia. Now I know why. I paid cash and my card was billed for one night of my five day stay. No hot water, was lukewarm. The bathroom need to be caulked around the toilet and tub. The front door would not shut tightly unless I slammed it. Only one ice machine which happened to be at the opposite end of where I stayed.

Nothing, the property was nothing like the description.

We did no like the location, the smell the environment, we did not feel safe.
