I didnt get the double bed I booked when i checked in at 9 pm at night. I had 2 kids 2 adults. Theybdidnt have any roll aways. THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING EYE LASHES WAS IN THE BED. DIRTY BED LINEN, THE SHOWER WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, AND AROUND THE TOILET WAS NOT CLEAN WHAT SO EVER. AS A FORMER HOUSEKEEPER THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT RENTED THIS ROOM...

I was placed in three rooms the first one I walked in one a couple having sex, the second one NO HOT WATER, TV DIDN'T WORK, the last one was dirty not clean from the previous guest, the staff was about to get off so he just took the dirty sheets off and I put clean ones on. So when I checked out the staff on shift was not helpful at all, she couldn’t give me no contact information for manager and was acting slow like she couldn’t hear what my complaint was. I paid $158 for some bill and couldn’t get no money back or credit to another day somethings I will never be back to this place

It was out of the way.

The room was disgusting. The door had NO working locks. The deadbolt wouldn’t turn and the chain was completely missing. There were no towels in the room to shower, the AC/heating unit was busted and very gross. I immediately left. Waiting to hear from the property about getting a refund.
