One of the biggest problems with Booking.com is that they often do not delist hotels even when those hotels have consistently very bad reviews. Many of these properties provide poor service and terrible experiences, yet they remain available for booking. As a result, Booking.com fails to properly protect its customers, and many travelers end up having very bad booking experiences. This makes customers lose trust in the platform and feel that their concerns are not taken seriously.

"If you want to stay at a hotel in Lakewood, this is certainly an option."

They hotel was properly climate controlled and provided reasonable accommodations for the price.

It could be a tad cleaner. Some of the finishes feel a bit outdated.
