Fairly clean. Beds comfortable.

Not well stocked or enough staff to take care of the breakfast. Out of many items, eggs, biscuits, sausages, milk, coffee. Room did not have tissues.

The facility was great, however, the flooring vibrates terribly. We were on the 2nd floor. The room above us had animal's and children. Animals running across the floors; children jumping and running across the floor; chairs being slid across the floor. Did not get alot of sleep.
