Days Inn by Wyndham Kerrville

My husband, daughter and I stayed one night only as we were passing through. It was just us. The guy working asked if we had animals and I said no, because we did not. We checked in around 10 pm and out by about 10 am the next morning. We didnt stay long enough to really mess up the room. It was all quick. Then later that day I noticed a $25 charge from them and called to ask why. The same guy said it was because we had a dog in the room. I adamantly explained that no we did not have a dog in the room and demanded he return my money. He argued with me that I did have a dog in there and basically called me a liar. I explained he needed to check his cameras and return my money or I would bring the police there and have them check the cameras. He hung up on me and my husband called him back and told him to do his due diligence and check the cameras because he admitted he did not check his cameras he was just going off what the housekeeper told him. If I had my dog with me I would have told him and paid up front. The next day he watched the cameras and called me and told he had reversed rhe charges because we did not have a dog with us. It made wonder how many people they have done this to and it went unnoticed. Bad business all around. I will never stay there again and I suggest no one else does neither.

I liked waffles and milk and location could be better. Beds were good.

Could offer different juices with milk and fruit like bananas and yogurt. I did not like not being able to take a shower because it looked dirty and had a open crack in the tub shower and walls looked like they needed updating. Parking lot was noisy.

front desk person seemed irritated. person was hard to understand.room toilet kept flushing.requested handicapped room but told none available.overall not pleasant. bathroom tiles in need of repair. got room thru booking .com. would have gotten much better price if contacted hotel directly.

The parking spots were crowded. The worker was rude. The room didn't have good airflow, it was stuffy. The breakfast was all sugar and carbs, nothing healthy to choose from like yogurt or fruit
