The hassle with checking in, due to a miscommunication between you and staff and computer issue. Ended up having to double pay and it took almost a month to resolve. Will never use booking.com again!!

It was Clean , but I saw a roach in the room

I didn’t like that I requested a handicap shower , I got a tub and the handicap bar were not where needed and it was slippery. Also didn’t have a handicap ramp.
