Breakfast and coffee were great! Afternoon cookies and waters were very nice.

Rooms were clean - just dated, bathrooms especially need repair and updating. Price was good for Hilton, but i guess I expected more. When I checked in - I was scolded because my husbands name was on the rewards and he was not with me - even though I made the booking in my name - on booking.com.

"Run down hotel with great staff"

I’ll start by saying the staff is amazing. I booked this hotel based on the review rating on the Hilton app, which unfortunately did not hold true. The hotel is very run down and in desperate need of a renovation. The couch in our room was stained, ripped and had a cigarette burn on it. I found a dead roach in the hallway on my floor. I would not stay here again.

The water pressure was so hard you couldn't stand it in room 320. They assured us they would get it fixed before we return.
