"Mala no malísima experiencia en el hotel."

El trato de la persona de recepción al llegar al hotel, después de él ya toda la experiencia fue un autentico desastre para nosotros.

Pues no me gusto que llegamos a las 10:30 y solo pudimos hacer el check in y no recibir nuestra habitación hasta las después (cosa ya aceptable) cuando llegamos a las 20:00 para recoger las llaves de nuestra habitación asignada, al meterme en la ducha me doy cuenta de que NO hay gel de baño cosa inaceptable lo siento para un hotel que me cobra 180€ siento ser tan dura y que esto puede pasar, un error le pasa a cualquiera si. Pero noooo se puede aceptar lo siento mucho. Y lo peor de TODO ya que a la mañana siguiente nos levantamos a las 8:00 para desayunar y nos encontramos que no hay luz en todo el hotel y en recepción nos indican que es un fallo eléctrico y que no es culpa del hotel. Claro que entiendo que puede pasar por supuesto y que es un cumula de mala suerte etc etc todo lo que queráis decir para justificarlo y no os quito la razón. Pero después de esto el hotel no tuvo un mínimo detalle con nosotros por lo menos el no cobrarnos el desayuno ya que apenas pudimos disfrutar del buffet que pagamos a un MUY BUEN precio (se puede comprobar) solo cosas frías y por supuesto café frio. Lo siento pero hay cosas para mi punto de vita inadmisibles como son la profesionalidad del personal creo que ver si hay gel en un baño no es mucho que pedir y sobre todo el NO detalle del hotel con sus huéspedes con el tema de luz. Muy muy decepcionado con el hotel y me duele escribir todo la verdad.
