The location.

The service was poor, they never came to clean the room. Then had the nerve to charge me a $100 cleaning fee. I will never stay here again.

The staff was very nice and cordial.

The room AC unit was dirty. The room was very small especially the bathroom and the metal frame was broken and mattress was very uncomfortable.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

The room had an odor, mold/mildew the front desk person said. Definitely needs some money spent on updates.
