We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. FlyBus stops right out front so that was already a great start. We were lucky enough that our room was available early, so we were very happy to pay the extra charge for early access - that included breakfast. What a great deal! Service at check-in could not have been warmer or friendlier. She was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a great vibe. Our room was super comfortable. And the location was perfect for us to explore Reyk on foot! It was a great 3 nights. I have already recommended you to at least one friend travelling later this year!

Great location for main shopping street and also the tours we took had the bus stop right outside. Good price. Breakfast choice was good but the hot items were always lukewarm or cold even at 7.00am but otherwise were tasty. We had dinner one night with only 2 members of staff working, 1 was new that day and was doing her best… I think it was unfair of the hotel to expect 2 people to run a restaurant service. Food was average but fine. Room was good and clean but as you’d expect could be noisy with other guests in corridors etc.

Good location downtown, easy to walk anywhere. If you take the skybus from the airport stop 9 is right at the hotel.

Breakfast buffet is a little limited

The manager was extremely cooperative and so were the reception staff

We are more conservative so proper doors in bathrooms would be better
