The location was good for us.

O my gosh!! The mattress!!! My husband and I have traveled all over the world and we have never had such hard mattresses as we have in our last two stays which ironically, were at two different hotels, both in NH. We actually got up and packed our things and left the hotel at midnight on New Years Eve. We spoke to the front desk man and told him our concerns with the mattress and he proceeded to say that he has slept on the mattresses and he has a bad back and had no problem. Dude, this isn't about you! Anyway, we didn't get our money back or a discount or anything and we drove back in a blinding snow storm from Augusta, ME to our home in Mattawamkeag which is an hour north of Bangor. Thank you, God, that we made it. We climbed into our own comfy bed at 5:45 am. The room was smaller than most hotel rooms and weirdly decorated with plastic lamps, no closet and no comfortable chair. My husband said he liked the big screen TV. 😂

Everything was great with the stay

I was upset 😡 got charged 81.38 for my dog when booking knew about it and I tried to solve and you blue said the credit me back 21 00 and did not follow through

Convenient

The staff were very accessible, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the 24 hour coffee, tea, and cocoa was excellent. Having the self checkout for various and sundries at the front desk which was staffed 24 hrs/day was welcomed and access was easy. We loved the lobby, it was a great place to sit and visit or play a game.

Honestly, I can't think of a thing that could have been improved upon.

Convenient location. Near a lot of activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building and our room was very clean. We loved the shower and how the room was set up. Very comfy bed and pillows!
