"The only time I've been disappointed here."

I've stayed at this location quite a few times and my stay has always been the best. The linens/towels/washcloths are always fresh and clean. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty good. The checkout time is better than most places.

I was/am really disappointed with my last visit (Jan 29-31st) I live in a camper right now and like to get a room here once, sometimes twice, a month to get a better night's sleep and take a hot shower. Actually the MAIN reason is for the shower and/or bath. The last time I stayed I couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper for the drain at all. It had a flat screen over the drain so I couldn't even stuff a cloth in it to hold the water. I brought my situation up to the front desk and the lady even came to my room to verify and see what I was talking about. I was told she'd contact the owner to see what the reason was and hopefully fix the issue. She was confused as well. I never heard back from her. Nor anyone else even though I had told 3 different staff members. Not even an offer to use another shower or move to a different room. Which i definitely would have accepted. I also want to state that the water was only luke warm with hardly any pressure. I had to go to work the following morning and I couldn't take a decent shower. Definitely not how I wanted to start my day. This was a day or two before it snowed so it was pretty cold outside and a hot shower AND bath would have been AMAZING. I hate complaining because I love this particular hotel. But this was very disappointing. I forgot one more thing. While rinsing my hair I looked up and noticed a huge bug in the light fixture. Even though it wasn't alive, YEEKS!

Very clean, the room smelled really good upon entering. Bed was comfortable. I was here for business, I will be back.
