Hostel Conii & Suites Algarve

Was traveling solo for a conference on limited budget (professor paying for trip out of own pocket). Location is great beside the markets (fruit market and fish market). There is a commons area where you can cook. So, get your fresh fruits and shrimps or salmon and get a meal in 15 min. Beside the nice beach. First night was afraid of the loud music and singer in neighbor restaurant. But she stopped before 11 and I had a nice sleep. Staff very friendly and try to help as much as they can. Would recommend it and would come again if I am in the area.

Private rooms are on top floor, whose ceiling seems not well isolated. So room was too hot for a 50 year old man and air conditioning was not capable of cooling especially the room was in corner of building and was getting sun from roof, and two sides. Staff tried to help, and after another hour, they changed the room for me. (Staff 1, Heat 0). Breakfast was limited choices - I expected fresh orange juice at least, boiled eggs. Cereal was not high protein, but found oatmeal so I could have something to eat.

Das Hostel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Eßbereich. Toll ist auch der Wasserspender, an dem man Trinkwasser gekühlt "zapfen" kann. Auch an Kleinigkeiten, wie einen Trichter zum Flaschenfüllen am Wasserspender wurde gedacht.

Etwas schade ist, dass Frühaufsteher die Küche morgens nicht nutzen können.
