Negative 30 rating! The male staff was very rude and disrespectful. I requested a room that has not had animals stay in it and informed him it was because I am allergic to cats and dogs. The bathroom in my room was filthy with dried BM and pubic hair on the toilet. The tub obviously had not been cleaned in a long time, and there was dried spit in the sink. I walked around to the front desk and told rhe mam at the front desk and he cut me off and said "I'll send housekeeping up to clean whatever you want" and wave me away with his hand. No apology, no nothing. Housekeeping arrived and came and left in less than 5 minutes. They used the same rag to "clean" to the toilet to "clean" the tub. Both were both still nasty after they left my room. I juust cleaned the toilet myself with paper towels and cleaner from my car. The paper towel was dark brown after one swipe under the toilet rim.🤮🤢 I decided not to touch the tub and took an airport bath with baby wipes from my car. I took a real shower when I got home. After all that, I laid my personal blanket across the bed, and after only 2 hrs of sleep, I woke up having an allergic reaction. They could not even fufill the one request I had. That was it for me! Even though I had only slept for 6 hrs in the last 48-hrs, I checked out and drove the 5 hrs home. I travel a lot, and this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was only in the room for around 6 hrs. I had to leave, and I want my points and money back.

They took out my 50 dollar deposit for a blood stain on a sheet, then said they “might” give it back if they decide they don’t want to buy more sheets. Neither me or my husband had any open wounds that would cause blood

Blankets were paper thin ,lots of loud music and people.We needed up leaving early because the music was so loud and nothing was done about it

Great Value for the price!

Room floor dirty. Had to use my handy skills to figure out why one of the lamps wasn’t working, wall socket bad and missing a bulb. Shower head to low for the average height person. Refrigerator working about 50 %. Big gaps around the entry door to the room. Sound proof room, not. I have the TV on and I can hear the rain drop’s hitting the pavement outside. So I’m hoping the hot Breakfast in the morning makes up for everything.

We were passing through and decided to stay at this location. The beds were great so I got an awesome night sleep and a shower and some TV I mean we had everything we needed

The staff was very friendly! The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Great for the price!

Good experience at this hotel. The front desk manager was a really nice young man.
