Great location. Nice hotel.

Ice machine on second floor was broken.

My refrigerator was broken ended up having to use gallon size Ziploc bags filled with ice, but the ice machine on our floor was broken and had to exchange TV remotes because it was not working

Stsff gave us several great suggestions, breakfast potatoes were delicious!

Hotel was clean but very outdated. Unfortunately when room service came in they threw away a pair of our shoes that were in a shopping bag. Staff was super nice about helping us try to find them and even offered to go dumpster diving for them but the trash had already been taken out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but offered what a typical hotel breakfast does. There were plenty of places to sit and it was clean. The fitness room was small and didn’t have any free weights. Pool was clean and warm but small. Overall an okay stay but could definitely use some upgrading!

DON'T stay at the Hampton Inn at the Mall in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We had BUGS in our room. BUGS!!! We were told the room we reserved 3 months in advance was wheelchair accessible. It WASN'T. And the ignorant front-desk help falsely/stupidly claimed that grab-bars in a tub & a door bell for the blind was the same as meeting wheelchair accessible requirements. They put my 100-year-old mother's life in peril, and didn't give a crap that they did. Hilton and its employees are clueless about what "wheelchair accessible" means. And Hilton is violating accessibility federal laws. They are NOT a friendly hotel chain. Lights and bathroom fan were also broken. The Hampton Inn at the Mall's idea of a "suite" was to stick a small sofa in the room. It WASN'T a "suite." But they charged for a "suite." Hilton had NO management on duty on a Friday night - not even for their telephone customer service, which sent us in an endless artificial intelligence loop and then to customer service agent in an unknown foreign country when we tried to get help. After traveling 5 hours on the road, we had to spend TWO HOURS on the phone trying to get help from Hilton. We were told to call back Monday. But when we called back during weekday hours, we got the same AI and the same poor rude foreign country customer service. We NEVER heard from the Hampton Inn at the Mall hotel's manager. NOTHING! Hilton is supposed to be a hospitality company. But their management abandons its customers - especially the elderly - to negotiate with AI and poor customer service, who NEVER had any intention from the start to help - WASTING our time. FORGET ever staying at the Hampton Inn at the Mall in Idaho Falls. It's a DUMP! And it's run by ignorant fools! If this is how Hilton treats a 100-year-old woman, just imagine how poorly they'll treat your family! DON'T stay at a Hilton hotel. We found a real wheelchair accessible hotel with a roll-in shower the next night at a Marriott in Idaho Falls! We demanded a refund from Hilton but they refused! AVOID Hampton Inn at the Mall in Idaho Falls. They put my mother's life in peril. And they didn't care that they did!
