"Amazing location and hotel"

Great hotel, location is as good as it gets, close to all the best restaurants, bars, shopping within Bogota and easy to move around the city. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, made my stay in Bogota much easier as it is so central

"Hotel, it’s OK but it used to be so much better"

We’ve been staying there on and off for 24 years because I like the location and I used to like the service.

It seems to downgraded service or they are not aware that it’s not what it used to be. Frank this morning breakfast was a disaster. We had to ask for glasses because there were none left. We had to ask for bowls because there were none left. There was zero cheese left, and I asked and did not get. We had to ask for milk for the cereals. We shouldn’t have to ask because they should replenish automatically. And this was at 9:15 whereas breakfast is open until 10. The beds were too small. And I’ve been seeing this over the years, there is no proper rail in the bathroom to hang your towel. I am used to brushing my teeth in the shower, but you can’t put your brush anywhere. All in all I was not very happy.

El hotel dice ser 5 estrellas sin embargo le daría solamente 2 Toallas deshilachadas, viejas gastadas. Edredón sucios, puertas manchadas de sucio. El desayuno muy muy deficiente Excelente ubicación y personal excelente, muy amable y dispuesto todo el tiempo.
