NH Collection Bogota Andino Royal

We picked the right pace for our 5-day stay in Bogota. The staff was always helpful, and the breakfast buffet was great every morning. Super clean everywhere. The gym was extensive and the hotel si close to everything you need - shops, malls, restaurants. Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was attentive, the cleanliness met expectations, and the prices were reasonable for the area. The location is excellent — safe, convenient, and within walking distance of many attractions. During the day, the surroundings are charming and easy to explore. However, the neighborhood becomes quite lively at night, with music and traffic creating a noticeable level of noise. Even in rooms located farther from the street, some sound can still be heard. For very light sleepers, this may be an important consideration. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and would recommend the hotel for travelers looking to enjoy a vibrant area with good service and value.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas para el valor que cobran

L'albergo è moderno e pulito. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e pronto di fronte ad ogni richiesta. La colazione abbondante e varia. L'albergo si trova nella zona dei ristoranti e locali, dunque per la sera è molto comodo, potendo muoversi a piedi. Per quanto riguarda invece le altre zone è necessario muoversi in uber, tenendo conto del traffico di Bogotá.

Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione delle camere, poiché nel fine settimana si sente la musica dei locali, anche dai piani alti. Sicuramente vanno cambiati gli infissi. Dovrebbe inoltre essere prestata più attenzione da parte dei camerieri durante la colazione, dato che in più di un'occasione ho dovuto far presente che erano finiti i piatti e i bicchieri.
