Location was convenient, the rooms was clean, the hotel staff were so friendly. And it was a bonus that they have complimentary smoked salmon chowder, fresh baked cookies, infused water and a great breakfast!

"Had a great weekend!"

My wife and I spent the weekend to celebrate our 24th anniversary. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had stayed previously for our 20th and had a wonderful time then as well. The only difference was about a 100% price increase since then. Would have been 5 stars had it not been so much.

The location is fantastic! On top of that, the staff at the Kathryn are so polite and pleasant to deal with. This is the only place we will stay when in Seaside.

"Great food and location, clean room"

The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the chowder that was served at 5 pm. The room was clean and the spa tub was big. Being by the river was really nice as well.
