Breakfast was good, need more seating. Hot tub was nice. Slept good. Slept good.

It took a long time to get someone to the front desk to check in and they did not seem happy to be there.

Close to amenities

The facility is VERY dated. Could use a remodel. The continental breakfast was meh. The staff was unfriendly and most had a language barrier.

It was off of the freeway and had very good reviews.

Change your key system to get in and out of the rooms. The carpet needs to be replaced, badly. When the carpet isn’t tight to the room, really? I almost tripped over the carpet, because it had rolls in it. Maintain your shower heads. Your towels were thinner than Kleenex. I should have paid the extra $50 to stay at a Holiday Inn. The housekeeping staff was outstanding and very polite. But you need 2 people at the front desk on a busy weekend night. Breakfast was dismal and it’s a very small area to get your food when you have families and tons of kids running around. It’s a very busy hotel. Upgrade it!!!
