The seasonal pool will be open from July to August. Pool access available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. 当日バイキングを申し込んで、時間も変えてもらいました！ ２つ返事ですぐ変えて頂いて嬉しかったです！ バイキングも色んな種類あって美味しかったです。 今度は夏に行ってプールを楽しみたいです。

大浴場の更衣室の壁などが剥がれたままになっていました。建物が古いのは仕方ないと思いますが、古くても大切に使われている施設は沢山あります。そのような施設と比べると、やや劣ると思います。

ホテル周辺は山の方だったので、夜は街灯が少なく運転に気を付けて下さい。冬だったので、暗くて少し怖かったです。家族旅行で素泊まりでしたが、スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、客室も綺麗に清掃されておりました。温泉も広くて、温度もちょうど良く6歳の娘も大喜びでした。打ち上げ花火も素晴らしかったです!

部屋にあるシャワーのお湯の調節が難しい。子供が水浸しにしてしまった。温泉に入らない人もいるのでわかりやすい仕様にして欲しい。朝食のビュッフェは種類もたくさんあって楽しかった。フルーツが茶色になって実もボソボソになっていたので悲しかったです。
