Location works well for our group.

Lack of/ NO reasonable response when I was locked out of my room. Doors propped open all night. Staff is unable to assist customers when needed “there’s nothing I can do”. Spoke with Management multiple times yet no follow up. Facility is not safe!

I paid extra for breakfast, and all that was available was cold cereal and stall muffins. Had to ask for clean towels, and after I asked for the room to be cleaned during the day, no one came to clean or even empty the trash, and I was there for a week. I will not book again with this hotel.
